What that means: It is my responsibility to ensure Schwab LLC continues to provide the product that has had customers returning again and again; the Collaborative experience and Confidence we provide for their Construction project. Our goal has remained consistent for the past 120 years: To build confidence and then to surpass our clients’ expectations. We meet those goals because each member of our team expects the best from themselves and their co-workers. The result is that Schwab LLC is the preferred choice for construction services in southeastern Minnesota and northeastern Iowa.

Willy Dickenson, Vice President
Background: Graduate of Dunwoody Institute of Technology – Architectural Drafting and Estimating course. Joined Schwab in 1978 as lead estimator working on both negotiated and competitive bid work for our broad base of commercial, institutional and industrial customers. Responsibilities through the years have included project selection, preconstruction services, estimating, and project management. Current role as Vice President includes ensuring all company core values are applied to all construction operations and customer relations.

John Hill, Vice President of Rochester Operations
Experience: Nearly ten years of construction experience in southeastern Minnesota and northern Iowa
Current responsibilities: Manage the Rochester office and handle estimating, project management, and business development
What that means: To provide construction services to our customers in Rochester and the surrounding areas that are tailored to their specific requirements. We go out of our way to understand the customer’s program and work as a team to meet their budget, schedule, and quality goals with limited disruption to their business operations. From budget preparation to the moment when the keys are handed over, Schwab LLC reduces the level of stress that is in inherent to construction.
